At this point, a driver could have difficulty controlling their vehicle’s speed and focusing on the road, and alcohol could affect their short-term memory. At .10, drivers can struggle to stay in their lane and apply their brakes when necessary. Drivers with a BAC level of .15 can have significant difficulty controlling their vehicle, focusing on driving and processing information.
